CUTTING CYCLE

- After positioning the helm, the new console is used to access the controls for:

- closing of the vice;

- start of the cutting cycle using the weight of the arc controlled by a hydraulic brake circuit to adjust the forward speed.

Once the cut is made, by acting on the keyboard controls, the operator raises the arc by means of a hydraulic unit to the required position and releases the pneumatic vice allowing the bar to advance again.
